1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the Nixora CLI (nixora-cli), accessing our website, or using our managed deployment control plane, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our CLI or services.
2. Description of Service
Nixora provides a developer CLI tool and managed infrastructure platform designed to automate containerization, deployment, HTTPS provisioning, and lifecycle management for AI-generated applications.
3. Account & Early Access
Access to Nixora early tester builds, waitlists, and managed compute infrastructure is provided on an invitation and availability basis. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication tokens and deployment environments.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nixora services to deploy malicious software, execute unauthorized data mining, perform distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all source code, software, and application assets generated by you or your AI coding agents. Nixora retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Nixora CLI, infrastructure orchestration engine, brand assets, and platform services.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
During early access and pre-release phases, Nixora services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nixora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or data loss.
